Only easy keys are used, there are few accidentals, the rhythms are simple, and the left hand does not move away from the nut position: the harmonic language is traditional and such chords as are used are easy to play - they will be familiar to anyone who has worked through the customary, elementary pieces by Carcassi, Aguado and the like. For the most part, the music is in only two parts - the melody and a supproting bass.
