Chanson a boire to ostatnia z trzech pieśni Maurice Ravela do tekstów Paula Moranda, które były napisane na zamówienie wytwórni filmowej i miały być wykorzystane jako muzyka do filmu o Don Kichocie z Teodorem Szalapinem w roli tytułowej.
