Max Reger (1873 - 1916) to niemiecki kompozytor i organista, autor licznych dzieł organowych, symfonicznych i kameralnych (m. in. pieśni). Reger's seven Choral Fantasies belong to the most significant and best known of his organ compositions. He composed them during the years from 1898 - 1900. Historically considered they represent a combination of the baroque choral partita with the late romantic through-composed piano song. The former experienced its golden age during the 17th and 18th centuries. It consisted on a series of several variations on the same choral melody in different techniques of composition, with a at best the basic affection taken into account, but without following up th content of different verses of the song. The particularity of this form lies in the mere sequence of numerous comparatively short movements linked only by the common cantus firmus. Lista utworów: |

cena 175,95 zł. nuty.pl | Sweelinck Jan Pieterszoon Selected Works for Organ, Piano or Harpsichord, Vol. 1 Wybrane dzieła na organy, fortepian lub klawesyn, z. 1 Selected Works for Organ, Piano or Harpsichord, Vol. 1 Ausgewählte Werke für Orgel oder Klavier (Cembalo), Band 1
Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck (1562 - 1621) był holenderskim kompozytorem, organistą i pedagogiem tworzącym na przełomie dwóch epok: renesansu i baroku. Prezentowana publikacja - "Wybrane dzieła na organy, fortepian lub klawesyn" zawiera trzynaście kompozycji Sweelincka: sześć fantazji, dwie toccaty oraz "Świeckie pieśni i wariacje taneczne". Pośród fantazji odnaleźć można m. in. "Fantasia b-a-c-h in d". Słynna jest m. in. "Fantazja i fuga na temat B-A-C-H" Maxa Regera. In view of the fact that it is universally known that Jan Pieterszon Sweelinck (1562 - 1621) is one of the foremost personalities of music history, it is hardly necessary to set forth the reason at the present time. Sweelinck is commonly regarded as the last of the greater Netherland composers of the Renaissance era and his music testifies not only to his own gratness but also to that of the entire era which he brought to its mighty climatic close. However, Sweelinck's influence outlasted the era i ehich his genius created his masterworks of musical art; in more ways than one he is the father not only of the North German school of organists but also of much 20th-century organ composition.
