"Slatter" to norweskie tańce ludowe w oryginale pisane na skrzypce. Grieg zebrał siedemnaście z nich i zaaranżował na fortepian solo. Melodie tych tańców cechują się wyjątkową oryginalnością - powstawały w małych górskich wioskach odciętych niemal od świata przez co są wyjątkowo świeże i "dzikie". Tytuły podane są w języku norweskim i angielskim. Alec Wilder (ur. 1907, zm. 1980), a właściwie Alexander Lafayette Chew Wilder to wybitny amerykański kompozytor jazzowy. Studiował kompozycję i kontrapunkt w prywatnej Szkole Muzycznej w Eastman. Wilder komponował muzykę do wielu skeczy i musicali, a także współpracował z jazzowymi wykonawcami takimi, jak: Frank Sinatra, Mabel Mercer, Peggy Lee i Tony Bennett. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera 45 piosenek Wildera w opracowaniu PVG (Piano / Vocal / Guitar). Wśród tytułów znajdziesz m. in.: "Blackberry Winter", "I'll Be Around", "While We're Young" i wiele innych.
