Baroque Suite

Pierwszy zeszyt prezentowanej serii publikacji - "Die Soloflöte" gromadzi w sobie wybrane utwory różnych kompozytorów okresu baroku. Wśród kompozycji można odnaleźć utwory takich kompozytorów, jak m. in.: Jean Daniel Braun, Georg Philipp Telemann, Johann Sebastian Bach, Johann Joachim Quanz oraz Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach. W większości są to typowo barokowe kompozycje o stałej motoryce, jak np. "Fantasia in C" Quanza, czy "Partita in a" Jana Sebastiana Bacha.

Publikacja zawiera Suitę a-moll z 1729 roku skomponowaną przez Francoisa Le Cocq. Aranżacji gitarowej dokonał Leo Brouwer - kompozytor i jeden z popularniejszych gitarzystów klasycznych XX wieku. Jego utwory są mocno rozpowszechnione na całym świecie. Prezentowana Suita składa się z części:
I - Air (Andante);
II - Menuet;
III - Gigue;
IV - Gavotte;
V - Double;
VI - Passacaille.
