| Flor Peeters (1903 - 1986) to belgijski kompozytor, organista i pedagog. Większość swoich kompozycji stworzył na organy lub też chór z towarzyszeniem tego instrumentu. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera dziesięć preludiów hymnicznych na organy. Sześć z nich objętych jest wspólnym tytułem - "Marriage" (dotyczą tematyki związanej z małżeństwem), natomiast pozostałym preludiom Peeters nadał tytuł "The home and the family" ("Dom i rodzina"). Wszystkie utwory zostały skomponowane w oparciu o religijne melodie pochodzące z różnych wieków (od średniowiecza do XX wieku).
