Publikacja zawiera pięć utworów Ludwiga van Beethovena, które zostały skomponowane prawdopodobnie na flet. W Deutsche Staatbibliothek w Berlinie, gdzie znajduje się rękopis dzieła, zauważono jednak dodane zapiski sugerujące, iż najlepszym instrumentem do wykonania tychże kompozycji są organy. Among the manuscripts at the Deutsche Staatbibliothek in Berlin are two autographs by Ludwig van Beethoven which have gone rather unnoticed until recently. They are the Signature Mus. ms. autogr. Beethoven Artaria 186 and Mus. ms. autogr. (Beethoven) Grasnick 23 with compositions without instrumentation markings. Georg Kinsky proved these to be music for flute - clock. Today the organ would be the most suitable instrument for the realization of these pieces, coming closest to the original sound. Lista utworów: |

Drugi zeszyt preludiów chorałowych na organy Helmuta Walcha (1907 - 1991) - niemieckiego pedagoga, klawesynisty i organisty. Artysta ten dwukrotnie nagrał komplet dzieł organowych Jana Sebastiana Bacha. Źródłem inspiracji Walcha była przede wszystkim muzyka barokowa. Jako jej wykonawca, Walch zasłynął z błyskoliwej registracji barokowych utworów organowych. These choral preludes, like the first collection, are adressed to the Christian congregation, offering instrumental elaboration on the texts and tunes of hymns. Regular and uneasingly varied chorale prelude improvisation, as required by the Lutheran worship which Helmut Walcha has served for several decades, forms their background. While suited for use in much of the organist's practical work, they are conceived essentialy for performance right before the hymn, to symulate and enliven subsequent singing. Lista utworów: |

Mało kompozytorów wywarło potężniejszy wpływ na następne pokolenie muzyków niż Otto Luening (1900 - 1966). Ten amerykański kompozytor niemieckiego pochodzenia znany jest przede wszystkim z twórczości muzyki elektronicznej. Razem z Vladimirem Ussachevskym założył jedno z pierwszych studiów muzyki elektronicznej w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Ponadto tworzył utwory na organy, czego przykładem jest niniejsza Fantazja. Średni czas trwania utworu: 7' Fantazja wymaga dobrego przygotowania technicznego przede wszystkim pod względem płynnego prowadzenia melodii i gry akordowej. Few composers have exerted a more potent influence on a succeeding generation than Otto Luening. Like Boulanger, Hindemith and Stravinsky, he has directed the course of countless new composers, but has, like few men in a similar position, insisted almost fanatically that they develop according to their own dictates and predispositions rather than according to any predetermined plan or process. To his colleagues Otto Luening is one of the most selfless and devoted men in the entire field of music.
