Dziewięć Arii Niemieckich jednego z największych kompozytorów muzyki klasycznej - Józefa Haydna. Haydn uważany jest za ojca muzyki symfonicznej i kwartetu smyczkowego. Teksty arii pochodzą z cyklu wierszy Irdisches Vergnügen in Gott poety Bartholda Heinricha Brockesa. Handel selected the texts of his Nine German Arias from a collection of poems entitled Irdisches Vergnügen in Gott ("Earthly Pleasure in God") by the Hamburg poet and town councillor Barthold Heinrich Brockes (1680-1740). They are taken from various cantatas found in Part I of the collection, which first appeared in Hamburg in 1721 and underwent an expanded second edition in 1724. Lista utworów: |
