Małgorzata Hussar (ur. 1950) ukończyła Teorię Muzyki i Kompozycję w Państwowej Wyższej Szkole Muzycznej w Katowicach. Jej Sonatina na 4 ręce to utwór przeznaczony dla starszych dzieci o tradycyjnej 3 częściowej formie.
Sonatina na fortepian na 4 ręce powstała w 1998 roku, z przeznaczeniem dla starszych dzieci. Posiada tradycyjną 3 - częściową formę. Pierwsze wykonanie Sonatiny miało miejsce na Ogólnopolskim Festiwalu Współczesnej Twórczości Muzycznej dla Dzieci i Młodzieży "Do - Re - Mi 99" w Łodzi.
