Leo Janáček (1854 - 1928) to kompozytor czeski, animator kultury oraz kolekcjoner ludowych melodii słowiańskich. W oparciu o czeską muzykę ludową komponował m. in. opery, a także utwory na fortepian i orkiestrę. "Pochod Modráčků" to krótka kompozycja na flet i fortepian, utrzymana w harmonii nowoczesnej. Mimo, iż jest to utwór jednoczęściowy wyróżnić w nim można trzy odcinki: pierwszy w tempie Allegro, drugi - Piu mosso oraz trzeci - Presto. For a lonf time of his life, Leo Janáček (1854 - 1928) was rather little known as a composer outside Brno, the town of his activity. Due to his great interest in the Slav culture and his devoted passion for it, he had rather gained a name for himself in collecting folksongs. As the leader of a choir and an organizer of the music life in Brno, he just as well spent his interests in encouraging this kind of folkarts. His studies on folk songs, results of which Janáček published in several papers were soon involved on his own activity as a composer. Lista utworów: |

Johann Joachim Quantz (1697 - 1773) to niemiecki flecista, pedagog i kompozytor. Pośród jego ogromnej ilości dzieł można odnaleźć aż 286 koncertów na flet, dwoje skrzypiec, altówkę i basso continuo. Niewiele z nich jest znanych obecnie. Niniejsze wydanie "Koncertu na flet, orkiestrę smyczkową i basso continuo" (QV 5: 272) w tonacji h-moll zostało opracowane na flet z fortepianem. Kompozycja posiada klasyczną formę. Składa się z trzech części - cz. I - Allegro assai, cz. II - Arioso oraz cz. III - Prestissimo. Czas trwania utworu: ok. 19'. Johann Joachim Quantz (1697 - 1773) was, in his day, a highly regarded and much admired virtuoso flautists, composer and teacher. Among his many works he left behind 286 concertos for transverse flute, two violins, viola and continuo, of which, however, only a very small number were even heard in public. The present publication of the Concerto in B minor for flute, two violins, viola and continuo is based on the only known surviving sources of this work. They are located in the concerto collection of Federick the Great, an important collection for the preservation of Quanz's music and formely part of the Royal Privy Library in Berlin. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera pierwszą część (Vivace) z "Sonaty A-dur" na flet poprzeczny i klawesyn BWV 1032 Jana Sebastiana Bacha. Została ona wydana w oparciu o partyturę znajdującą się w Staatsbibliothek Preussischer Kulturbesitz w Berlinie. Zamieszczony w tym manuskrypcie pełny tytuł Sonaty brzmi: "Sonata a 1 Traversa e Cembalo obligato di J. S. Bach". For our edition we were able to consult the holograph score preserved in the Staatsbibliothek Preussischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. This manuscript bears the following heading in Bach's hand: "Sonata a 1 Traversa e Cembalo obligato di J. S. Bach". Besides this sonata, the manuscript also contains th Concerto in C minor for two harpsichords and strings (BWV 1062) which occupies the top staves of fifteen leaves, the flute sonata being written continuously on the three staves remaining at the bottom. Although the first eight leaved have survived intact, the bottom three staves, containing the continuatuin of the firtst movement of the sonata, have been cut off the remaining six leaves.
