W drugiej części utworu, w partii fletu, odnaleźć można dodatkową partię fagotu ad libitum. Koncert posiada klasyczna formę. Składa się z trzech części: cz. I - Allegro (zakończone kadencją), cz. II - Adagietto oraz cz. III - Allegretto. Johann Joachim Quanz (1697 - 1773) was extremely productive composer who particulary contrubuted to the fund of the flute music.
