This Berklee Workshop, featuring over 20 solos and duets by Bach, Carcassi, Paganini, Sor and other renowned composers, is designed to acquaint intermediate to advanced pick-style guitarists with some of the excellent classical music that is adaptable to pick-style guitar. "Jego etiudy na fortepian są arcydziełami" - tymi słowami Hektor Berlioz określał twórczość Chopina. Swoje Etiudy Chopin zaczął komponować w okresie młodzieńczym, w Warszawie. W 1830 roku, kiedy opuszczał Polskę, miał już w swoim dorobku 27 etiud w trzech zbiorach: I - 12 Etiud op. 10, II - 12 Etiud op. 25 (komponowane a latach 1835 - 1837, wydane w 1837 r.), III - 3 nouvelles études. Dzieła te ukazały epokowe odkrycia Chopina w zakresie faktury fortepianowej, techniki pianistycznej, brzmienia, dynamiki. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera Etiudę fortepianową As-dur op. 25 nr 1. Tempo: Allegro sostenuto (ćwierćnuta = 104). Tekst nutowy został przejęty z edycji: "Fryderyk Chopin Dzieła Wszystkie, II Etiudy, red. I. J. Paderewski, L. Bronarski, J. Turczyński".
