Frigyes Hidas urodził się w Budapeszcie w 1928 roku. Studiował kompozycję na Akademii Muzycznej w Budapeszcie u Jánosa Viskiego. Przez 15 lat (1951 - 1966) pracował w Teatrze Narodowym, a w latach 1974 - 1979 pełnił funkcję dyrektora Teatru Muzycznego. Ponadto wiele komponował, głównie na instrumenty dęte. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera Koncert "Florida" Hidasa w opracowaniu na puzon tenorowy, puzon basowy i fortepian. W oryginale utwór został skomponowany na dwa puzony i orkiestrę dętą. Utwór składa się z trzech części: I - Vivace (ćwierćnuta = 160), II - Adagio semplice (półnuta = 58-60), III - Allegro (ćwierćnuta = 144). Frigyes Hidas was born in Budapest in 1928. He studied composition at the Budapest Academy of Music with János Viski. For fifteen years he was music director of the National Theatre (1951 - 1966) and between 1974 and 1979 he performed the same function at the Municipal Operetta Theatre. Paris forms the victor of Thalberg and makes of him the greatest piano-virtuoso, the most genial virtuoso-composer of all times. Weimar sees the noble friend and disinterested promoted of Richard Wagner grow to be the reformer of piano-composition, the creator of modern programme-symphony and graet conductor of orchestras.
