Bach Carl Philipp Emmanuel Organ Works, Vol. 1 Dzieła organowe, z. 1 Organ Works, Vol. 1 Orgelwerke, Band 1 Orgue Morceaux, vol. 1
Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach (ur. 8 marca 1714, zm. 14 grudnia 1788) to niemiecki kompozytor i klawesynista, drugi z synów Jana Sebastiana Bacha określany mianem "hamburskiego" lub "berlińskiego" Bacha. Jego twórczość obejmuje głównie kompozycje klawesynowe, w tym koncerty, sonaty i fantazje oraz pieśni i symfonie. Niniejsza publikacja jest pierwszą częścią zbioru utworów organowych Carla Ph. E. Bacha, a wśród nich sześć Sonat Wq 70 / 1 - 6. Volume I of C. P. E. Bach's organ works comprises the Six Organ Sonatas. Little doubt remains as to the fact that they were written for Princess Amalie, as is evident from a note appended by the composer to the little page of Sonata VI: These four organ solos were written for Princess who, although she was unable to perform on the pedals or to play difficult music, caused a fine organ with two manuals and pedals to be built, and took great delight in playing upon the same.
