Trzeci zeszyt prezentowanej serii publikacji - "Die Soloflöte" gromadzi w sobie dwadzieścia dwa wybrane utwory różnych kompozytorów okresu romantyzmu. Wśród kompozycji można odnaleźć utwory takich kompozytorów, jak m. in.: Louis Drouet, Friedrich Kuhlau, Giuseppe Gariboldi, Kaspar Kummer oraz Charles Keller. W większości są to kompozycje wirtuozowskie, jak np. siedem "Preludiów" Louisa Drouet'a, czy "Divertimento in G" Friedricha Kuhlau. The transverse flute is among the most ancient of musical instruments, being indeed almost as lod as humanity itself. During its long history it has always united the power of the archetypical with the magic of its many forms and guises. Althought since time immemotrial the human voice has been considered the vehicle par exellence in the hierarchy of music's expressive devices, there ist abundant evidence and historical documentation that place the transverse flute, far more than other instruments, on a par with the voice as regards timbre and expressivity.
