Lili Boulanger - żyła w latach 1893 - 1918. Kiedy miała 16 lat postanowiła, że zostanie kompozytorem. Problemy zdrowotne uniemożliwiały jej regularne uczęszczanie do szkoły. Mając 20 lat napisała kantatę "Faust i Helena" na konkurs Prix de Rome, dzięki której otrzymała pierwszą nagrodę. Przez pewien czas należała do komitetu pomocy rodzinom muzyków. Lili Boulanger - she was born in 21 August 1893. At the age of 16 Lili Boulanger knew that she would be a composer. Althoug her delicate health prevented her from attending school regularly or from going to concerts, she studied with her sister, Nadia Boulanger, and with Paul Vidal and Georges Caussade. As a child of six the showed extraordinary precocity, being able to sing Faure songs, and she rapidly progressed in acquiring the skills of her destined profession. Jean Deatwyler (1907 - 1994) to kompozytor pochodzący z Bazylei. Studia muzyczne odbył W Paryżu na wydziałach: kompozycji, harmonii, kontrapunktu, śpiewu gregoriańskiego i dyrygentury. W 1938 roku na stałe osiadł z rodziną w Sierre (Szkocja). Jego działalność kompozytorska miała głęboki wpływ na życie muzyczne w tamtejszym regionie. Ponadto uczył kontrapunktu i dyrygentury w Konserwatorium w Sierre. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera utwór "Fritz Zorn Concertino" w opracowaniu na klarnet B, skrzypce i fortepian. Jest to utwór o trzyczęściowej budowie: I - Scherzo (ćwierćnuta = 96 - 100), II - Canzone (Espressivo, ćwierćnuta = ok. 60), III - Ironico con amarezza (Vivo, ćwierćnuta z kropką = 132 - 140). Jean Daetwyler (1907 - 1994) born in Basle. Completed his higher musical studies (composition, harmony, counterpoint, Gregorian chant and conducting) in Paris, at the Conservatoire, the Schola Cantorum and the Ecole César Franck. His professors included Vincent d'Indy, Guy de Lioncourt, A. BBertelin, Jean de Valois, Amédée Gastoué, Charles Koechlin and Paul Le Flem. Married and father of three children, he settled in 1938 in SIerre (Valais). For more than 40 years he profoundly influenced the musical life - instrumental and vocal, sacred and profane - of his town and its region: as conductor of the Gérondine and of the Chanson du Rhône. Besides his activities as composer and director, Jean Daetwyler taught harmony and counterpoint at the Conservatory in Sion. Lista utworów: |

Niniejsza publikacja zawiera kompozycję "Twilight Music" na skrzypce, róg F i fortepian (3 odddzielnie wydane partie). Utwór powstał w 1985 roku. Czas trwania: ok. 17'. John Harbison was born in Orange, New Jersey, in 1938. He studied in Harvard College and Princeton University before joining the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1969. "Twilight Music" was written in 1985 for Horn, Violin and Piano by John Harbison, This abstract piece will provide a unique addition to your chamber ensemble's repertoire. The Piano Score, Horn in F and Violin parts are all included. The forst performance of "Twilight Music" was given on March 22, 1985 by the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center in New York City.
