Tytuł kompozycji zdradza nowe fascynacje kompozytora - tym razem jest to muzyka polska i spuścizna jednego z najsłynniejszych kompozytorów polskich XX wieku - Aleksandra Tansmana. Mimo, że w utworze odnaleźć można echa stylu twórcy Cavatiny oraz liczne nawiązania do polskiej muzyki ludowej (stylizacje polskich tańców ludowych w drugiej i trzeciej części suity, a także wykorzystanie motywów tradycyjnej piosenki "Cichy zapada zmrok" w części czwartej), to motywy te wykorzystane zostały z charakterystycznym dla Pasiecznego polotem i swobodą wnosząc nową jakość do współczesnego repertuaru gitarowego. Jak w każdym swoim utworze kompozytor - gitarzysta w pełni wykorzystał możliwości techniczne oraz walory harmoniczne i kolorystyczne instrumentu.
