"Wolny strzelec" ("Der Freischütz") to opera w trzech aktach skomponowana przez Carla von Webera do libretta Friedricha Kinda. Prapremiera dzie³a odby³a siê 18 czerwca 1821 w Berlinie. Opera odnios³a ogromny sukces - niemiecka publiczno¶æ burzliwie oklaskiwa³a dzie³o i ¶piewa³a razem z wykonawcami (i to mimo faktu, i¿ na pruskim dworze popierano wówczas wy³±cznie operê w³osk±). Datê premiery opery "Wolny strzelec" uwa¿a siê czêsto za pocz±tek niemieckiego romantyzmu w muzyce. Niejednokrotnie okre¶la siê te¿ to dzie³o jako pierwsz± romantyczn± operê. Niniejsza publikacja zawiera operê "Wolny strzelec" w opracowaniu na g³osy wokalne, chór i fortepian, wydan± w oparciu o oryginalne materia³y ¼ród³owe (urtext). Not quite one month after the opening of the Berlin Playhouse at the Gendarmenmarkt, rebuilt by Friedrich Schinkel - on May 26th, 1821, with Goethe's "Iphigenia" - Weber's "Freischütz" had a first performance received with enthusiasm. Weber noted in his diary: "In the evening Der Freischütz as the first opera at the new Playhouse. Received with incredible enthusiasm. Encores requested for ouverture and folksong; out of 17 pieces 14 loudly apllauded. Everything went off exellently and everyone sang with devotion; I was called out and took Mad. Seidler and Mlle. Eunicke with me to the stage, since I could not get hold of the others. Poems and wreaths flew around us. Soli deo gloria". Lista utworów: |
